Saudi Aramco Training & Development, in collaboration with John Hopkins Aramco Healthcare, is pleased to announce the launch of a mandatory public awareness course regarding the COVID-19 virus.
The purpose of this course is to help control the movement of the virus, increase safety hygiene habits, and improve the long term outcome for individuals, the Company, and the Kingdom.
Listed below are useful materials, prepared for your education and awareness. Please go through them, and they will help you to exercise safety measures and sensible behavior that can eliminate the transmission of this virus within our communities.
COVID-19 Emotional First Aid
This course helps people normalize their experiences by teaching strategies, techniques, and interventions to maintain emotional well- being and mental health. This course was developed by Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare psychiatrists and communications experts, in partnership with Saudi Aramco e Learning specialists.
Identify and implement strategies and techniques for supporting emotional resilience;
Identify and manage feelings of stress or depression negatively negatively affecting your well-being;
Help other family members who may have different needs.
This course will benefit all users who seek to (a) maintain their emotional and physical health and (b) support the emotional well-being of family members, such as children and the elderly, during the COVID- 19 pandemic.
